Partner Application Terms

Last updated: August 6, 2026

1. Application only

Submitting a partner application is a request for evaluation only. It does not create a partnership, agency, joint venture, employment relationship, exclusivity, approved-vendor status, project award, minimum volume or obligation for e-nviroGreen Inc. to respond or proceed.

2. Authority and accuracy

You confirm that you are authorized to submit the application for the identified organization and that the information and documents provided are accurate, current and not misleading. You will promptly correct material changes.

3. Verification and references

You authorize e-nviroGreen Inc. to verify business information, certifications, insurance, references, sanctions or compliance information and to contact references you provide, subject to applicable law. We may request additional information and may decline or discontinue review at our discretion.

4. Submitted materials and intellectual property

You retain ownership of submitted materials. You grant e-nviroGreen Inc. a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, review, internally circulate and use them to evaluate the application, discuss potential opportunities, conduct due diligence and administer an approved relationship.

You represent that you have authority to provide the materials and that our permitted review will not infringe another person’s rights.

5. Confidentiality

Do not submit trade secrets, client-confidential information, personal information that is not necessary, passwords or highly sensitive material through the public application form. Submission of an application does not create an NDA. Any mutual confidentiality commitment must be documented separately.

6. Compliance expectations

Applicants must comply with applicable laws and maintain honest business practices, including requirements relevant to anti-bribery, competition, sanctions, forced and child labour, workplace safety, product safety, environmental claims, customs, tax, privacy and intellectual property.

An applicant must not offer improper payments, gifts or benefits to influence a decision and must not knowingly provide counterfeit, misrepresented, unlawfully sourced or non-compliant products.

7. Sustainability and certification claims

Environmental, social, material, origin, carbon, recycled-content, health, safety and certification claims must be accurate, current, verifiable and supported by appropriate records. Approval may be withdrawn if a material claim is inaccurate or cannot be substantiated.

8. Privacy and communications

Personal information submitted through the application is handled under our Privacy Policy. We may send operational communications about the application and potential relationship. Marketing consent, if requested, will be separate and optional.

9. No reliance or costs

You are responsible for your application costs and should not incur project, production, inventory, travel or other expense in reliance on an application or discussion unless authorized in a separate written agreement.

10. Later agreements

If approved, the relationship may be subject to an NDA, supplier or services agreement, code of conduct, project award, purchase order, onboarding requirements, insurance, quality controls and other documents. Those later documents will govern the approved relationship.

11. Governing law and contact

These Partner Application Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law, subject to non-waivable rights. Questions may be sent to legal@e-nvirogreen.com.
